Reminders don't arrive
- TimeFlow asks for notification permission the first time you set a reminder. If you said no, turn notifications on for TimeFlow in your device's Settings.
- Check that the task has a reminder set (open the task → Reminder).
- Focus modes and Do Not Disturb can hold notifications back.
Moving to a new phone
Your tasks live only on your device. In TimeFlow, go to Settings → Back up tasks and save the file somewhere you can reach from the new device (Files, iCloud Drive, email to yourself). On the new device, use Settings → Restore from backup.
Sharing your day
Tap the share button on the timeline to send a day or a week as a link. The person you send it to opens it in any browser, with nothing to install. The schedule travels inside the link and isn't uploaded anywhere.
Deleting your data
Settings → Delete all tasks removes every task. Deleting the app removes everything it stored.
Privacy
TimeFlow has no accounts, ads or tracking, and your tasks never leave your device. Read the privacy policy.
